"This ain't no Hilton, but it's
better than sleeping on the ground"! Clean, country
accomodations. 10 ft x 30 ft with a 6x20 ft covered porch. Most comfortable for 2-3 persons, but sleeps
up to 5 (full size bed + full size fulton with innerspring
mattress + single pull-out cot). Toilet, shower, heat
& A/C,
Tv.
Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, electric skillet, crockpot, toaster,
pots/dishes/silverware (do your own dishes please). Picnic
table,
fire ring with grill. You provide bedding/towels. Built by
a short person :) interior ceiling height 6'2".
Rate INCLUDES
-- 3 covered & matted horse pens located right next to the cabin +3 uncovered pens if needed, trail map, bridle fee paid to USFS to ride on Shawnee National Forest. Two-night
minimum reservation. Base Rate $60/night for one or two persons +
$10 per additional person over 2.
Deposit
- $120 for 2-4 nights. $180 for 5 nights or more. Deposit
paid in advance by mailed check. Refundable or
roll-over to
future reservation with 30 days notice. Sorry,
no refunds or roll-overs with less than 30 days notice - many people
plan their vacations many months in advance based on cabin
availability, and it often cannot be rented on short notice. Check-In
after 3:00 pm. Check-Out
before 11am. Early/Late arrivals may need to park
in day parking until the appropriate time. ** NO SMOKING in the cabin
