Facilities: heat, A/C, separate bedroom with 1 queen bed, another queen bed at one end of 'great room' with dividing curtain, single loft bed, queen futon sofa, private bathroom with 4ft shower, 20gal water heater (plenty for hot showers!), kitchen with full size range and refrigerator, dishes (plates/bowls/cups/glasses), pots/pans, coffeepot & filters, microwave, crockpot,TV, DVD player, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, blankets, pillows, private deck looking out at woods, picnic table, fire pit, adjacent barn with 6 covered & matted stalls. For use during the winter this cabin has a fresh-water tank which will provide cold water to flush toilet and wash hands/dishes during the winter. Bring your own towels and sheets or sleeping bags. Parking for two truck/trailers (any others will need to park in day-parking area). Rates: INCLUDE the 10% bed tax (6%state and 4%county). Two-night minimum reservation. Base Rate $85/night includes two persons and two horse stalls. $10 per additional person (provides an extra stall if needed). $5 per additional horse (without a person). Six covered stalls located adjacent to cabin are matted but not bedded (if you desire bedding you can bring your own or buy here for $4.70+tax = $5/bundle). No picketing (you must rent stalls). One horse per stall (no exceptions). Dogs welcome with $20 per stay cleaning fee + you will pay for any pet damage. Rate also includes trail map. SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDSDeposit: $120 for 2-4 nights. $180 for 5 nights or more. Deposit paid in advance by mailed check. Cancellation- if you give us at least 30 days notice the deposit can be rolled over to future reservation with no penalty, or refund can be mailed to you minus a $10 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refunds or roll-overs with less than 30 days notice - many people plan their vacations many months in advance based on cabin availability, and it often cannot be rented on short notice.
