Clean, country accommodations. 10 ft x 30 ft with a 6x20 ft covered porch. Most comfortable for 2-3 persons, but sleeps up to 5 (queen size bed + full size fulton with innerspring mattress + single pull-out cot). Toilet, shower, heat & A/C, Tv. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker & filters, 1-burner countertop, electric skillet, crockpot, toaster, pots/pans (for both inside and campfire cooking), dishes (plates/bowls/cups/glasses), silverware, serving/cooking utensils, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, blankets, pillows. Picnic table, fire ring with grill. You provide your own bedding/towels. Built by a short person :) interior ceiling height 6'2". SORRY - WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDSRate INCLUDES -- 3 covered & matted horse pens located right next to the cabin +3 uncovered pens across camp road from cabin if needed, trail map, bridle fee paid to USFS to ride on Shawnee National Forest. Two-night minimum reservation. Base Rate $60/night for one or two persons + $10 per additional person. THIS RATE INCLUDES THE 10% BED TAX (6%state and 4%county). Deposit: $120 for 2-4 nights. $180 for 5 nights or more. Deposit paid in advance by mailed check. Cancellation- if you give us at least 30 days notice the deposit can be rolled over to future reservation with no penalty, or refund can be mailed to you minus a $10 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refunds or roll-overs with less than 30 days notice - many people plan their vacations many months in advance based on cabin availability, and it often cannot be rented on short notice. ** NO SMOKING in the cabin ** Check-In after 3:00 pm.
